Out Of Town Buyer/Seller

Marko was highly motivated, honest and very helpful. Marko went well beyond what I expected of him as a realtor. Being an out of town investor, Marko not only sold my two condos in a timely manner, one of which another broker I had previously used could not sell, but he also sold them for the price I was seeking continually keeping me informed and involving me in every step of the process. His commitment and professionalism impressed me and that was evident in his efforts, to not only sell my condos, but also in his arranging with the moving and storage of my belongings and personally being present to help with the move. Due to health issues, I left earlier than expected for New York and later had to have surgery. Marko drove me to the Vancouver Airport and was very helpful. He always maintains a positive and enthusiastic approach to his work and given a future opportunity to buy or sell; I would definitely use him and recommend him to anyone else.  

As  first time homebuyers, my husband and I felt it was really important to have a realtor that would understand our needs and wants and be patient to answer all our questions. Marko is a great professional, he really worked hard to help us find the perfect place and for the right price. We are very satisfied with the results as we love our new home. Marko is now also a dear friend.

All I can say is Marko's is the best. He sold my condo in the Eden very quickly and negotiated for more than I was expecting. He kept me updated thru the whole sale and after,by phone or email and visits, making the whole process stress free for me. He knows the business and the area and highly recommend him to anyone. He's personable, friendly and all around great guy. I will definitely use him again in the future.
